Foundations

Foundations is our Sunday Morning instruction time that incorporates both teaching and small group discussion on both Biblical doctrine and practical Christian living. Everyone is welcome to join us!

Foundations runs from 8:45 - 9:45 am on Sunday mornings in the small auditorium.

Beginning this Saturday, January 11, Ryan O'Neil will lead a five-week Foundations series on prayer.

Have you ever felt like your prayer life is saying the same old things about the same old things? This series will explore questions many of us wrestle with, such as: Why should we pray if God already knows our needs? What is prayer, really? Why does prayer sometimes seem unanswered? And how does Scripture shape and guide our prayer? Together, we’ll look at how prayer is deeply connected to reading and meditating on God’s Word, and we’ll learn practical ways to pray using Scripture itself. The teaching will draw primarily from Scripture, along with insights from Donald Whitney’s Spiritual Disciplines for the Christian Life and Praying the Bible. Our hope is that this series will encourage and equip us to grow in a more confident, God-centered, and Scripture-informed prayer life.

We invite you to join us for this five-week journey as we seek to know God more deeply and respond to Him more faithfully in prayer.
